About the Role

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Compliance professional to support policy management, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives while ensuring alignment with cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of cybersecurity policies and standards.
• Perform risk assessments, gap analyses, and compliance reviews.
• Maintain risk registers, dashboards, and audit documentation.
• Conduct third-party and vendor risk assessments.
• Utilize GRC platforms to manage risk tracking and reporting.
• Monitor regulatory developments and emerging cybersecurity risks.
• Assist in awareness programs and security culture initiatives.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and operational stakeholders to strengthen cybersecurity governance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Information Security, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of cybersecurity risk, compliance, or governance experience.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, risk management frameworks, and audit processes.

Experience with GRC solutions such as Archer, ServiceNow GRC, or MetricStream.
