Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Senior Executive with strong expertise in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, including order processing, invoicing, payment application, collections, and month-end close activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage day-today accounts receivable operations efficiently. The role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively while ensuring timely, accurate financial transactions and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support Accounts Receivable operations, including order fulfillment, order processing, invoicing, cash application, unapplied cash management, and payment discrepancy resolution.
• Support the monthly financial close process by ensuring AR-related transactions and journal entries are accurate and completed within established close deadlines.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition in compliance with US GAAP and company revenue recognition policies.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including AR Aging, Deferred Revenue, and Unbilled Revenue reconciliations.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, Customer Success, and Revenue Accounting teams to resolve billing disputes, credit holds, payment inquiries, and other customer account issues.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing, payment, and account statement discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, providing supporting documentation, and responding to auditor inquiries related to Accounts Receivable and collections.

Qualifications and Additional Requirements

• B. Com, MBA, CA / CMA (Inter/Final)
• 2+ years’ experience in accounting
• Familiarity with accounting software
• Strong working knowledge of using formulas, pivot tables, and v-lookup in MS Excel
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
