Senior Executive - Admin, Service Management (Contract 1 Year)

Job Descriptions :

• Perform administrative support for maintenance & services payment for all store & mall Waste Disposal, Water dispenser, Multifunction Copier, Coins & Note Machine, Document Storage, Weighing Scale Machine, Pest Control & other services.
• Responsible for compiling and submitting all service-related invoices in the Esker for payment processing.
• Responsible for the total company business card and company stamp including compilation, ordering, distribution and payment process.
• Responsible for processing purchase orders (POs) related to maintenance and services, stationery, business cards, and name chops.
• To compile and confirm request with relevant department for monthly stationery ordering, ensure stock availability with supplier, obtain approval and proceed ordering of stationeries for Business Unit.
• Responsible for distributing monthly stationery orders to business unit.
• Monitor and update the master list for maintenance and services to ensure accuracy.
• Assists to compile summary report on printing usage for store and mall on a quarterly basis.
• Monitor and manage Corporate Service Portal & Stationery portal.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Facility Management, Office Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate services or service management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skill.
