Senior Executive Assistant

About the role

FLEN INTERNATIONAL TRADING CO., LIMITED is seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to join the team and provide high-level administrative and executive support for daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the management and team
• Prepare, review and manage various documents and materials
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external parties
• Arrange meetings, travel and itineraries
• Maintain accurate filing systems (both physical and electronic)
• Handle daily correspondence, report writing and data entry
• Assist in the coordination and follow-up of daily administrative matters
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

About you

• Diploma or above, preferably in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 3–5 years of executive / administrative experience
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, able to work under pressure and multi-task
• Strong communication, coordination and teamwork skills
