Senior Executive Assistant

About the role

Senior Executive Assistant to the C-Level supporting a US Based CEO/President in a fast-paced global environment. You will anticipate needs, bring structure to complexity, leverage AI, and drive execution while managing strategic priorities across time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Executives calendar, inbox, priorities and scheduling across time zones
• Anticipate needs, solve problems and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Manage travel, meetings, itineraries and executive logistics
• Prepare presentations, reports and executive briefings using AI and automation
• Track strategic initiatives, action items and follow-ups
• Coordinate with leadership, teams and external partners
• Continuously improve the Executive office through systems, AI and automation

About you

• 5+ years supporting a CEO/C-suite executive
• Exceptional organization, communication and follow-through
• Strong judgment, discretion and ownership mindset
• Ability to work independently, prioritize quickly and handle ambiguity
• AI-first mindset with hands-on experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or similar tools
• Strong Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams and Zoom skills
• Experience in a global, fast-paced or BPO environment is a plus
