Senior Executive Assistant

Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a senior executive within a diversified, family-owned organization.

This is not a traditional administrative assistant position. We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, proactive individual who can operate as a trusted right hand—helping manage a fast-moving schedule, organize priorities, coordinate across multiple businesses and projects, and ensure that conversations and decisions consistently turn into action.

The successful candidate will be expected to develop a strong understanding of the executive's working style, priorities, and responsibilities. This person must be able to anticipate needs, protect the executive's time, bring structure to a wide range of activities, and exercise sound judgment about what requires immediate attention, what can be delegated, and what can be handled independently.

The role requires an unusual combination of organization, discretion, urgency, judgment, communication skills, and follow-through.

Success in this position will ultimately be measured by the ability to make the executive—and the people working around him—more organized, prepared, and effective.
