  • Drive project governance, maintain strategic initiative trackers, and facilitate completion of critical deliverables.
  • Move seamlessly between strategic planning and operational execution to ensure business outcomes are achieved.

Decision Support & Executive Office Management

  • Synthesize commercial, operational, financial, and organizational data into concise executive-ready insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare presentations, business reviews, leadership communications, and decision-support materials.
  • Manage leadership action logs and ensure disciplined follow-through on agreed actions.

  • Coordinate end-to-end event logistics including venue management, communications, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to support culture-building and employee engagement programs.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and ensure successful execution of regional and global events.

Finance, People & Business Support

  • Manage executive expenses, budgets, approvals, and reporting.
  • Support hiring coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding activities.
  • Assist with employee engagement, talent initiatives, and internal communications.
  • Maintain documentation, trackers, and operational support across finance, HR, and business functions.

  • Manage executive travel changes and provide responsive support for urgent business requirements.
  • Coordinate visitor management, hospitality arrangements, leadership visits, and client meetings.
  • Arrange business lunches, dinners, and executive networking events as required.

Cross-functional Leadership and Regional Influence

  • Represent the EU Region Head in advancing the regional excellence agenda and align client-facing, Marketing, go-to-market, and enabling teams on priorities and execution expectations.
  • Build alignment across regional and global stakeholders by clarifying decisions, resolving competing priorities, connecting interdependent workstreams, and maintaining accountability for agreed actions.
  • Develop trusted relationships with internal leaders and selected external stakeholders to advance regional priorities, strengthen the EU ecosystem, and remove barriers to execution.
  • Facilitate constructive conflict resolution and help leadership teams make informed trade-offs across opportunities, investments, and resources.
