Senior Executive Assistant ( Contract )

• Support the Manager and Team Lead in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, processes, programmes, and initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and employees to deliver efficient, responsive, and value-added HR services and support.
• Oversee and coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Ensure HR services and activities are carried out in compliance with company policies, applicable legislation, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR systems and employee records in line with established procedures, policies, and team standards.

Requirements:

• Local Diploma in HR, Business, or a related discipline.
• Able to manage high-volume HR activities efficiently while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Proficient in IT and Microsoft Excel.
• Organized and meticulous.
