Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Commercial Development

Summary

This role will be supporting business development initiatives for digital advertising solutions within publishing or media environments as well as driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, developing products, and responding to evolving advertiser needs.

Responsibilities

Digital Product Development

• Develop creative digital advertising solutions (e.g., content partnerships, social media or multimedia campaigns).
• Collaborate with editorial and tech teams to design and execute solutions

Media Partnership

• Identify publisher partners or media vendors with synergy and growth opportunities to expand on product offerings
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners to maximize revenue.

Marketing & Data Analysis

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and advertiser needs to inform strategy.
• Track solution performance and provide insights and optimization recommendations.
• Prepare pitch decks, and presentations for internal and external use

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in digital media, advertising, or business development.
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape (including display, social, content marketing, etc.)
• Proven ability to generate ideas and translate them into commercial solutions.
• Creative thinking with a strong sense of market trends and audience engagement.
• Familiar with agencies or advertiser community in Hong Kong.
• Experience in utilizing AI in daily work will be an advantage
