Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Performance Management)

You will be responsible for the execution and management of Performance Management cycles to support the Hospital’s overall human resource strategies. This includes the annual performance appraisal exercise and promotion exercises of non-medical employees. You will have opportunities to collaborate with stakeholders to devise strategies for the management of performance and career planning.  You will also have opportunities to be involved in compensation related projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business, Human Resource Management or equivalent field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with Human Resource experience will be considered for senior positions
• Strong multitasking abilities with proven track record of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Meticulous attention to detail and demonstrated ability to see projects through to successful completion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently whilst being an effective team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors is an added advantage
