Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager- Talent Acquisition and Operations

Role & responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates through Naukri, career email IDs, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial screening/interviews to assess candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and respective hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers for interview feedback and maintain timely updates.
• Coordinate with selected candidates for necessary documents and pre-employment formalities.
• Prepare CTC workings and obtain the required approvals for selected candidates.
• Conduct salary negotiations with candidates within approved budgets and company guidelines.
• Follow up required approvals to ensure timely completion of the hiring process.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer release and joining.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate data, and MIS reports.
• Ensure smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry.
