Role & responsibilities

• Conduct surprise ATM audits and cash verification.
• Audit ATM, vault and cash-carrying vehicles.
• Check cash loading, denominations, cassette tagging and physical cash.
• Verify dual custody, documents, security systems and vault procedures.
• Audit CIT (Cash-in-Transit) activities and identify shortages.
• Report shortages, discrepancies and non-compliance to management.
• Prepare audit reports and MIS.
• Coordinate with Branch Managers, Route Leaders and Operations teams.
• Follow up for closure of audit issues/shortages.
• Train and guide junior auditors.
