Senior Executive, Business Support

1. Support sales teams with quotations, tenders, contracts, rate offers, and opportunity development.

2. Coordinate complex quotation and business implementation processes, including customized solutions and cross-selling opportunities.

3. Prepare accurate performance reports, business review materials, KPI information, RFI support, and market/customer analysis.

4. Support KAMs in customer reviews, continuous improvement, and identifying growth opportunities.

5. Understand SBC/CDA customer needs and coordinate internal teams to enhance customer engagement and service delivery.

6. Maintain strong collaboration with KAMs, Sector Heads, Sales Management, Pricing, Product, GSC, Quote Desk, and other stakeholders.

7. Support problem resolution, customer expectation management, SOP/contract maintenance, and ad hoc project coordination.

Job requirements:

1. College Degree & above.

2. Good English and Chinese oral and written communication skills.

3. 3-5 years working experience in Freight Forwarding or Trading.

4. Basic knowledge of DHL business and organization structure, DHL products, logistics knowledge, AFR/OFR/DOM operation processes, DGF customer base, and statistics.

5. Good knowledge of office software, especially Excel and Word, plus DGF data reporting systems and basic data management.

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills, basic presentation and negotiation skills, and basic problem-solving ability.

7. Detail orientation, logical and systematic thinking, numerical sensitivity, analytical skills, time management, and coordination skills.

8. Strong sense of responsibility, positive/objective thinking, good working attitude, self-motivation, independence, and customer-first approach.
