Senior Executive Chef

1. Requirements
   A diploma or academic degree in Culinary Arts is preferred.
   A minimum of 10 years of experience in in-flight catering services or a similar field.
   Maximum age: 55 years.
   Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP and ISO 22000 standards.
   Comprehensive knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety systems.
   Comprehensive knowledge of meal costing systems.
   Experience with various international cuisines and their menus.
   Good command of spoken and written English.
   Knowledge of additional languages is preferred.
   Applicants must be foreign nationals.

2. Key Responsibilities
   Develop menus for EGYPTAIR, foreign airlines, lounges, cafeterias, and events across all company premises.
   Plan and organize workflows, methods, and techniques in the main kitchen and all subsidiary production facilities.
   Ensure that all food production processes comply with best practices and that products meet international quality standards and customer specifications.
   Supervise, orient, and train kitchen staff.
   Participate in procurement planning for all raw materials, including specifications and quantities.
   Supervise the supply of raw materials according to production plans and requirements on an annual, quarterly, and short-term basis.
