Senior Executive, Client Servicing (Event Management)

Responsibilities
Client Servicing & Post-Sales

• Act as the primary client contact from confirmation to event delivery.
• Manage client communications, agreements, and expectations.
• Lead pre-event briefings and provide logistical progress updates.
• Handle changes, queries, and post-event feedback to ensure satisfaction.

Event Planning & Operations

• Translate event requirements into operational plans, briefs, and run sheets.
• Coordinate internal teams (F&B, technical, security) and external vendors.
• Supervise venue setup, rehearsals, live execution, and teardown.
• Manage on-site coordination, timelines, quality, and post-event debriefs.

Marketing Support

• Create and coordinate promotional materials (invitations, EDMs, social content).
• Collaborate with partners on campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Maintain event photo libraries, testimonials, and showcases.

Administrative Support

• Maintain event records, CRM updates, and internal tracking.
• Prepare event orders, documentation, run sheets, and correspondence.
• Handle invoice tracking, scheduling, and post-event summaries.

Requirements

• Experience in hospitality, MICE, event management or client servicing roles.
• Strong understanding of event operations and on-site execution processes
• Familiarity with venue management and vendor coordination.
• Basic knowledge of marketing and event promotion is an advantage.
• Experience with CRM systems or event management tools is preferred.
