Role & responsibilities
- Develop and manage the dealer and distributor network for PVC products.
- Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors and channel partners.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
- Generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing.
- Ensure regular order generation and payment follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer and dealer requirements.
- Support channel partners with product information, schemes and promotional activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market updates for management
