Senior Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Coordinate export activities: Responsible for coordinating all aspects of the export process, including documentation, logistics, Stores, Production and communication with stakeholders.
• Ensure Customs & DGFT compliance with regulations: Responsible for ensuring that all export activities comply with relevant regulations and guidelines, such as those related to customs, trade, and taxation.
• Develop and maintain relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to support export activities.
• Manage EXIM documentation: Managing export documentation, such as COO, bills of lading, commercial invoices, and export licenses, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor shipment schedules: monitors shipment schedules, tracking shipments and managing any delays or issues that may arise.
• Identify export opportunities: He identifies export opportunities, researching potential markets and analyzing competitive landscapes.
• Develop export strategies: Develops export strategies, working with other departments to ensure that products and services are well positioned for export markets.
• Manage export budgets: Manages export budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring that export activities are cost-effective.
• Strong knowledge of import & export processes
• Manage import and export documentation ensuring adherence to international trade regulations and incoterms.
• Scrutinize export and import documents as per Customs & FEMA and RBI regulations and procedures.
