- HR Operations & Compliance – Documentation, HRMS, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity).
- Performance & Development – KRA/KPI-based performance management and L&D/training initiatives.
- Employee Relations & Engagement – Business partnering, workforce planning, engagement, and grievance resolution.
- HR Analytics & Process Improvement – MIS reports, workforce analytics, and continuous policy/process improvement.
