Job description : Senior Executive - Marketing

Take ownership of high-impact marketing initiatives that shape our brand and drive business growth. Youll work across digital, traditional and new-age platforms to build campaigns, engage customers, strengthen brand presence and drive measurable leads, conversions and revenue.

Key responsibilities

1. Marketing & Campaigns

• Execute the overall marketing strategy across ATL, BTL, Digital, PR, Database, Channel Partner, Loyalty and other platforms.
• Develop and manage the monthly Communications Calendar across platforms in consultation with the Head Marketing.
• Conceptualize, execute and deliver relevant, engaging and high-quality marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all communication is aligned with the brands tone of voice and overall brand guidelines.
• Monitor campaign KPIs and optimise initiatives to drive lead generation and revenue growth.

2.Digital, Social Media & Brand:

• Develop and manage the companys official social media platforms.
• Drive month-on-month improvement across relevant social media and digital KPIs.
• Integrate BTL activations and offline promotions with digital and social media campaigns.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of brand communication across all marketing touchpoints.
• Ensure adequate and accurate brand representation and media coverage.

3. PR, Communications & Customer Engagement

• Coordinate PR and Corporate Communications initiatives across relevant media platforms.
• Develop and execute customer engagement initiatives in collaboration with Sales and CRM teams.
• Support database, loyalty and channel partner marketing initiatives.
• Drive consumer and market research initiatives to generate actionable insights. Plan and execute video shoots for brand campaigns, events, interviews, and social media content

4. Agency, Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Manage cross-agency teams for creative, media, digital, PR, printing, production and marketing collateral.
• Own coordination with internal departments, agencies and vendors to ensure timely execution.
• Ensure quality, timelines and deliverables are consistently met across marketing initiatives.

5. Budget, Reporting & Market Intelligence

• Own the Marketing Budget, including planning, monitoring, reporting and cost control.
• Track marketing spends and appropriations to ensure budget adherence and identify opportunities for savings.
• Report marketing performance, campaign progress and key updates to senior management.
• Research and monitor competitor activity monthly and provide relevant market insights.

Core Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate or consumer-facing businesses.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, ATL/BTL, PR and CRM.
• Excellent communication, execution, coordination and project management skills.
