Hiring for Senior Executive - OTC ( Indian Accounting)

Location- Noida

Shift - 9:30AM - 6:30PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) operations, including invoice management, collections, and dispute resolution.
• Process and manage E-invoicing activities in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies on a timely basis.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable tax regulations.
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare and maintain AR reports, aging analysis, and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to receivables.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in end-to-end OTC (Order-to-Cash) processes.
• Strong hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Knowledge of E-invoicing, Reconciliation, GST, and TDS.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in AR/OTC operations.
