Senior Executive

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage day-to-day activities, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensure timely completion of assigned tasks, and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily operational activities within the assigned department.
• Plan, prioritize, and complete tasks within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors as required.
• Prepare and maintain reports, records, documents, and other relevant data.
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Identify operational issues and support timely resolution.
• Analyze relevant data and provide updates and insights to management.
• Support process improvements and implementation of departmental initiatives.
• Assist in training and guiding junior team members when required.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of assigned work.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu 641603: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Master's (Preferred)
