Senior Executive

We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive – In-Unit Services / Maintenance to oversee daily operational activities and ensure consistent, timely and high-quality service delivery.

The successful candidate will coordinate internal teams and vendors, monitor operational performance, ensure compliance with service-level agreements and organisational standards, and resolve service issues efficiently. The role also supports resource planning, performance reporting and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute daily operational activities in line with SLAs, KPIs, schedules and organisational standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, supervisors and external vendors to ensure maintenance and service tasks are completed on time.
• Monitor workflows and ensure adherence to approved processes, quality requirements and service-delivery standards.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and address operational issues promptly to maintain service continuity.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify service quality, safety compliance and operational standards.
• Monitor team productivity and ensure the timely completion of assigned activities.
• Review manpower deployment and align resource allocation with daily operational requirements.
• Ensure the fair and balanced distribution of workloads across operational teams.
• Identify manpower gaps and coordinate necessary staffing adjustments with supervisors.
• Support resource planning and allocation to meet changing operational demands.
• Monitor grooming, uniform and professional appearance standards across operational teams.
• Track key performance indicators and provide accurate updates on operational progress.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly operational performance reports to the line manager.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, service quality, productivity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in in-unit services, maintenance or a related operational environment.
• Arabic communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
