Senior Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end purchase and procurement activities for hotel and real estate requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate rates, and finalize purchase orders.
• Procure construction materials, electrical, plumbing, hardware, housekeeping, kitchen, hotel supplies, and general consumables as per requirements.
• Coordinate with project/site teams, hotel operations, stores, accounts, and management for procurement requirements.
• Ensure materials are purchased at the right quality, quantity, price, and delivery time.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain proper purchase documentation.
• Monitor pending orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Negotiate with vendors for best price, payment terms, credit period, and delivery schedules.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and competitive pricing.
• Verify vendor bills, quotations, invoices, and supporting documents before submission to Accounts.
• Coordinate with the Stores team for material receipt, quality checks, and discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor database, purchase records, quotation comparisons, and procurement reports.
• Handle vendor issues related to quality, pricing, delivery, and payment.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Executive Purchase with 58 years of experience, preferably from the Hotel and Real Estate industries, to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, negotiations, and timely availability of materials.

• Experience in ERP/Purchase software is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements simultaneously.
