Senior Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end payroll cycle - attendance and leave inputs, salary processing, reimbursements, full & final settlements - in coordination with Finance.
• Ensure statutory HR compliance: PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus Act, Gratuity, and other applicable labour law filings.
• Handle end-to-end onboarding: offer letters, joining formalities, documentation, induction scheduling, and new-hire record setup.
• Maintain and update the HRMS / employee database, ensuring accuracy of personal, statutory, and compensation records.
• Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports (headcount, attrition, attendance, payroll summaries) using advanced Excel.
• Coordinate exit formalities, including clearance, documentation, and exit interviews.
• Respond to employee queries on payroll, compliance, and HR policies in clear, professional English.
• Support internal and statutory audits by maintaining organized, audit-ready HR documentation.
• Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, SOPs, and letters (offer, confirmation, experience, etc.).
