Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and review export-import documents (e.g., B/L, Invoice, Packing List)
- Coordinate shipments and liaise with logistics providers
- Monitor delivery timelines and resolve delays
- Maintain records and communicate with authorities
- Support operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field (preferably Trade Management or Business Administration)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export-import operations
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Salary range - Commensurate with working experience and qualifications
