Senior Executive

Role purpose The Project Coordinator is the single point of record for leadership meetings at Tankup. The role captures what is decided, who owns it and by when, then follows up with senior employees until each action is closed.

Key responsibilities

Meeting notes: Attend leadership, review and project meetings; type clear minutes in real time (decisions, action items, owners, deadlines). Circulation: Share minutes with attendees within the same working day in the agreed format. Action tracker: Maintain a single live tracker of open actions across functions and group entities. Follow-ups: Chase senior employees (HODs, plant heads, finance, sales) on pending actions by call, email and WhatsApp; escalate overdue items to the CBO. Weekly status: Send a weekly summary of closed, pending and overdue actions to management. Records: File notes, approvals and correspondence in an organised digital folder structure. Scheduling support: Coordinate meeting calendars, agendas and pre-reads where needed. Candidate profile Graduate in any discipline; a diploma in office management or stenography is a plus. Candidate current residence address should be Lucknow, India Fast, accurate typing in English (40+ wpm); Hindi typing is an advantage. Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook/Gmail, Google Workspace and WhatsApp. Clear written English and Hindi; able to summarise long discussions into crisp points. Confident and polite with senior staff; persistent on follow-ups without friction. Organised, punctual and discreet with confidential information. Prior experience in a manufacturing or engineering company is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
