Job Responsibilities

• Manage payment processing, verification, and bank reconciliation.

• Handle vendor payments.

• Manage TDS deductions, verification, and related compliance.

• Process salary payments and employee Full & Final (F&F) settlements.

• Handle statutory and compliance-related payments.

• Verify invoices, payment requests, supporting documents, and approvals.

• Maintain payment records, bank statements, and reconciliation reports.

• Coordinate with vendors, HR, and internal departments for payment-related matters.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in payment processing, bank reconciliation, and vendor payments.

• Practical experience in TDS, GST, Banking & Payments.

• Experience in statutory compliance and accounting procedures.

• Experience in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
