Senior Executive

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage import operations, customs clearance, and clearing & forwarding activities for our manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end import shipment and clearing & forwarding activities.
• Coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHAs), freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other stakeholders.
• Handle import licences, customs duty, shipping documentation, and DGFT-related activities.
• Ensure timely customs clearance and delivery of imported materials.
• Maintain import MIS, shipment trackers, and related reports.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and logistics teams for smooth import operations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable import procedures and documentation requirements.

• Import and export documentation
• Customs clearance and CHA coordination
• C&F and freight forwarding
• Import licenses and customs duty
• DGFT-related documentation and coordination
• Shipping and logistics coordination
• Import MIS and reporting

Candidate Profile:

• Relevant experience in import operations, customs clearance, and C&F activities.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Strong coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
