Job Description :

PivotRoots, a Havas Company, is looking for an Senior Executive – Content with 3+ years of experience who is passionate about writing and curious about digital marketing. The role involves creating high-quality content for blogs and digital platforms, supporting SEO initiatives, conducting content research, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of content projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Content & Blog Writing

• Write clear, engaging, and well-researched blogs, articles, website content, and other digital content.
• Create content aligned with brand tone, audience requirements, and business objectives.
• Research topics, trends, competitors, and relevant industry developments to develop content ideas.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, readability, grammar, and consistency.
• Repurpose existing content into different formats when required.

SEO Writing

• Develop SEO-friendly content using relevant keywords and search intent.
• Conduct basic keyword and topic research.
• Optimise content for headings, keywords, meta titles, meta descriptions, internal linking, and readability.
• Work with the SEO team to implement content recommendations and improve organic visibility.
• Stay updated on basic SEO and content marketing trends.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with SEO, design, account, and other internal teams for content requirements.
• Maintain content calendars, trackers, and project timelines.
• Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure content is delivered within agreed timelines.
• Manage multiple content assignments while maintaining quality and deadlines.
• Support the team in keeping content projects organised from brief to final delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in content writing, digital marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent grammar, vocabulary, and proofreading skills.
• Good research and information-gathering abilities.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
• Ability to write for different audiences, industries, and brand voices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
• Good organisational and project coordination skills.
• Comfortable working on multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, WordPress, SEMrush/Ahrefs, or similar platforms would be an advantage.
