Senior Executive (Contract)

• 9 months contract
• Working hours:Mon to Thu : 8.30 am to 6.00 pm; Fri : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
• Location: Central

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for day-to-day activities.
• Support senior officers during official sessions, including coordinating schedules, preparing meeting facilities, arranging language support services and updating calendars.
• Process a high volume of online applications accurately and within the required timelines.
• Assist service users with their applications and respond to general enquiries.
• Handle daily system requests, enquiries and issues raised by government agencies, applicants and members of the public.
• Coordinate weekly appointments, official sessions and case-related meetings.
• Update and maintain documents, databases and internal systems to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Liaise with government agencies and other stakeholders to support the effective coordination and management of cases.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirement

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.

• Able to work effectively under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.

• Strong customer service skills when engaging members of the public and external stakeholders.

• Comfortable using IT systems and related software applications.
