Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage quick-commerce operations and dark-store setup , ensuring smooth execution and operational readiness.
• Monitor FC Minutes operations and scorecard metrics , with strong knowledge of Flipkart operational terminology preferred.
• Manage, monitor, and coach UTR (Under The Roof) teams to achieve hourly and daily performance targets.
• Analyze operational losses and conduct root-cause analysis for process misses, SOP deviations, and inventory discrepancies.
• Conduct regular team briefings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to drive productivity and operational excellence.
• Coordinate with Flipkart/client stakeholders to resolve operational disputes, escalations, and exceptions.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs across RTO/RVP process desks .
• Plan and consistently achieve in-house order processing targets , including time-based productivity metrics.
• Conduct daily audits of inventory, order staging, and process compliance .
• Ensure FIFO adherence based on product shelf life and inventory movement.
• Monitor key operational KPIs, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and MIS using MS Excel/MS Office .
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless execution.
• Support process improvement initiatives and standardization across dark-store operations.
