Senior Executive, Customer Experience

• Lead a team of Service Ambassadors to deliver high standards of customer service, actively engaging visitors to provide an exceptional visitor experience. You will oversee daily campus operations, including ward visitor registration, wayfinding services, and VIP guest management.
• Responsible for team management, including training, scheduling, and service performance evaluation, to ensure efficient operations and optimal service delivery. In addition, you will work closely with hospital stakeholders to drive departmental and divisional initiatives, and lead improvement projects aligned with the hospital’s overall strategic direction.

Job Requirements

• Degree with 3 years of experience in Hospitality, Customer Service, or Healthcare

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Good time management and multi-tasking abilities

• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Exposure to healthcare settings, with practical knowledge or experience in hospital operations, clinical units, or project management would be an advantage
