Senior Executive (Document Control & Training)

Job Responsibilities

• Design the training curriculum, schedule training classes and facilitate training sessions to ensure all learning objectives are aligned with current department objectives
• Maintain all training databases/documents and SOPs for all attractions
• Ensure training documents are kept aligned with OEM operation and maintenance manual
• Plan, arrange and liaise with external vendors for training courses
• Support the generation of SOP/WI and skills assessment forms for the department
• Maintain organizational documents and the document management system
• Help develop and enforce documentation design, review, and storage guidelines

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree, preferably in technical field
• Proficient in editing software (Adobe In-Design) in training set up and Microsoft Office
• Good written and communication skills
• Able to be deployed to the maintenance field hands-on to keep themselves current with the ride maintenance activities
