SENIOR EXECUTIVE E-COMMERCE

About the role

M Gadget Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Executive E-Commerce to join our dynamic Digital & Search Marketing team. This is a full-time position based in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our e-commerce strategy and digital presence, ensuring we remain competitive in the rapidly evolving online marketplace. You will be instrumental in optimising our online sales channels, managing digital campaigns, and delivering measurable business growth through innovative e-commerce solutions.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth and market share expansion

2. Manage and optimise product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns across multiple e-commerce platforms

3. Monitor and analyse e-commerce performance metrics, including conversion rates, traffic sources, and customer behaviour, to identify opportunities for improvement

4. Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted digital campaigns that increase brand visibility and customer acquisition

5. Develop and maintain relationships with e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and logistics partners

6. Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and present insights to senior management

7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce technologies to maintain market advantage

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record of successfully driving online sales growth and improving e-commerce performance metrics1+ years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or related field within a fast-paced retail or gadget industry environment
2. Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar), payment gateways, and digital marketing tools
3. Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, or business intelligence software
4. Excellent understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media marketing, and email campaigns
5. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
7. Strategic thinking combined with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
8. Experience with gadgets, electronics, or technology products is highly desirable
9. Diploma in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field
