Senior Executive Events

Role & responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute university events, conferences, seminars, workshops, cultural programmes, and official ceremonies.
• Coordinate with internal departments, faculty members, students, vendors, and external agencies for event requirements.
• Manage event logistics, including venue booking, stage setup, sound, lighting, seating, branding, and hospitality arrangements.
• Prepare event schedules, checklists, budgets, and execution plans.
• Supervise event setup, rehearsals, on-site arrangements, and post-event activities.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, procurement, payments, and timely delivery of services.
• Ensure proper arrangements for VIPs, guests, dignitaries, and speakers.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in event planning, coordination, and execution; experience in a university or large institutional setup will be preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple events, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
