Senior Executive / Executive - Accounts

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Senior Executive / Executive - Account to support the daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR) and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and maintain accounting records, invoices, payment vouchers and supporting documents.
• Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile accounts with suppliers and customers.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial schedules and reports for management review.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on collections when required.
• Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments and other accounting transactions.
• Assist with audits, tax documentation and statutory requirements.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
