Domain Knowledge Competencies

• Sound knowledge of accounting principles, invoice processing, and expense/provision management.
• Hands-on experience in MIS reporting, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• Understanding of fixed assets accounting, depreciation, and audit/compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Sun System), banking processes, and internal controls.

Position Objective / Responsibilities

• Verify and process UPI interchange and vendor invoices with accuracy, ensuring correct accounting and compliance with agreed commercials.

• Record invoices in the ERP system with appropriate GL codes, cost centers, and tax components.

• Track provisions vs actuals and pass timely adjustment/reversal entries.

• Maintain trackers to support month-end closing and audit requirements.

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and Shared Services to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth processing.

• Review entries processed by Shared Services for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance.

• Manage fixed asset accounting including disposal/scrap workings, depreciation updates, and register maintenance.

• Prepare monthly MIS reports, analyze expense trends, and highlight variances.

• Monitor bank balances and support cash flow tracking and liquidity planning.

• Assist in internal, statutory, and management audits by providing required data and explanations.

• Ensure adherence to accounting policies, SOPs, and internal control frameworks.

Compensation
