Senior Executive, Fleet Operations

Location: Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates the operation of the KINTO & Mobility / KINTO After Sales Operation
• Manage and perform fleet management – contract termination and disposal
• Coordinate and work closely with inter-company department on stamping, renewal ofinsurance, payment and collection
• Monitor, measure and report on KINTO after sales operation related issues
• Plan & administers on vehicle maintenance related matters
• Prepares / Compile standard pricing, vehicle maintenance costing and monitoringinsurance sum insured value
• Handling daily ad hoc requirements / enquiry from customer
• Continuous enhance operation processes & improve operations efficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree / Professional Qualification in any equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of working experience in handling administrative roles and daily operational matters, particularly in invoicing / payment related matters.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
• Strong command in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Words.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
