Senior Executive Forwarding

a. Forwarding and Customs

• Prepare, check and submit K1, K2, K3, K8, ZB1 and ZB2 declarations.
• Review Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, Delivery Order, Certificate of Origin and supporting documents.
• Check HS codes, customs procedures, permits, duties and declaration requirements.
• Handle permit applications and follow-ups with MITI, SIRIM, CIDB, MAQIS, Suruhanjaya Tenaga and other government agencies where applicable.
• Coordinate customers' trucking requirements, including container haulage, cargo collection, delivery and empty-container return.
• Monitor customs clearance, cargo release, delivery schedules and operational deadlines.
• Attend Customs offices and other relevant government departments to resolve declaration, permit, inspection and documentation matters.

b. Shipping Agency

• Prepare and submit vessel arrival, departure and port-clearance documents through the Malaysia Maritime Single Window (MMSW) and other relevant systems.
• Ensure smooth vessel clearance-in and clearance-out processes, including on-site attendance, submissions and follow-ups with relevant departments, authorities and stakeholders.
• Prepare and issue Bills of Lading, cargo manifests, voyage documents and shipping agency documents.
• Submit or coordinate Customs manifests and relevant vessel declarations.
• Prepare and check crew lists, vessel particulars, registry and class certificates, port-clearance documents and other statutory documents.
• Liaise with Jabatan Laut Malaysia, Immigration Department, Royal Malaysian Customs, port authorities, terminal operators and other relevant government departments as required.
• Attend Customs, port, marine and other relevant government offices when required to facilitate vessel clearance, documentation submissions, inspections, approvals and other operational matters.
• Arrange vessel and crew clearance, including arrival, departure, sign-on, sign-off and other immigration requirements.
• Coordinate with vessel owners, masters, charterers, customers, terminals and service providers.
• Monitor vessel movements, berthing schedules, cargo operations and documentation deadlines.
• Resolve missing documents, manifest discrepancies, clearance delays and authority queries.
• Conduct necessary on-site operational follow-ups and coordination to ensure vessel clearance and port-related activities are completed smoothly and within the required timelines.

c. Department Coordination

• Assign and monitor daily duties for the company's two operational runners.
• Ensure submissions, document collections and authority follow-ups are completed on time.
• Provide customers and management with timely operational updates.
• Maintain proper documentation, filing and job handover for billing.
• Support the HOD in running the forwarding and shipping departments.
• Take charge of routine department operations when the HOD is unavailable.
