Senior Executive - Hosur

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned revenue targets in terms of quantity and value across designated segments.
• Drive dealer sales and ensure achievement of territory-wise sales objectives.
• Manage customers and be responsible for secondary sales through assigned dealers.
• Conduct market activities, customer engagement programs, and promotional initiatives to enhance sales.
• Submit daily secondary sales reports to management in the prescribed format.
• Coordinate and execute loyalty program enrolment and engagement activities along with the Marketing team.
• Liaise with factory and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery to customers.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to support business growth.

Desired Skill Set

• Strong knowledge of secondary sales generation and territory management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills in the local language.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, sales management tools, and MS Office applications (mandatory).
• Strong network and relationship-building skills with contractors, carpenters, builders, architects, and interior designers.
• Understanding of pricing, discounts, sales schemes, payment collection, and dealer management.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
