• Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new hires are properly integrated into the company, including orientation and training.

• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR issues, concerns, or questions.

• Handle employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and assist in resolving workplace issues to promote a positive work environment.

• Organize employee engagement activities such as team-building events, recognition programs, and well-being initiatives.

• Coordinate the offboarding process for the employees. Competency / Skills:

• Good communication skills and eye for detail

• Proficiency in using HR software tools

• Managing employee databases, tracking employee information, and generating reports.

• Ability to work with data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to analyze HR metrics such as employee turnover, performance trends, or engagement data.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
