- Data Management**:** Maintain and update employee information in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and timeliness for payroll processing and benefits administration
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and manage the offboarding process for leavers
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Claims Processing: Manage and process employee claims and benefits promptly, addressing exceptions and complex queries
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors to resolve any issues related to claims and benefits
- Compliance and Reporting: Assist in regulatory submissions (e.g. Work Injury Compensation Act ) and manage reimbursement processes through platforms such as the CPF portal
