Senior Executive, HR

Job Responsibilities:

Human Resources

1. Manage day-to-day HR Operations, including employee confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation and other employee movements, in accordance with company policies.
2. Responsible for recruitment and manpower fulfilment for factory employees, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
3. Manage monthly payroll, including attendance, overtime, leave, deductions, statutory contributions and payroll verification.
4. Manage employee benefits and statutory matters, including medical benefits, insurance, SOCSO and other employee welfare programmes.
5. Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, performance management and employee development.
6. Implement and ensure compliance with Group/HQ HR policies, procedures and guidelines at the factory.

Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)

1. Coordinate workplace safety and health activities, including inspections, risk assessments, safety programmes and corrective actions.

2. Liaise with JKKP/DOSH, BOMBA and other relevant authorities on safety, health, fire and regulatory matters.

3. Coordinate accident/incident reporting, investigation, emergency response, fire drills, safety training and EHS awareness.

4. Support environmental management, scheduled waste, chemical handling, EHS audits and regulatory compliance.
