Job Title: Senior Executive – HR

Location: Patto Plaza, Panaji, Goa

Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or any HR-related field.

Experience: min 2 years of experience in HR management, compliance, payroll, and employee relations .

Knowledge: HR systems , Strong understanding of labor laws/labour codes, HR policies, payroll regulations, and employee engagement strategies.

Tools: Proficiency in HRMS, payroll software, compliance management tools, and MS Office.

Skills: ⁠People Oriented , Results driven Leadership & Social Skill , problem-solving, Decision Making Skills , and communication skills, Conflict Resolution

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR policies, labor law compliance, payroll management, employee engagement, and team leadership while ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

We are looking for candidates specifically from Goa only.

Age Limit upto 30years
