As a Senior Executive, HRBP, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support the company’s business growth.
• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including manpower planning, performance management, employee relations, talent management, succession planning, and organisational development.
• Partner with business and operational leaders to provide HR guidance and support in achieving organisational goals.
• Review, develop and implement HR policies, processes, and guidelines in alignment with business objectives and statutory requirements.
• Oversee onboarding programmes and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain manpower records, prepare HR reports, and analyse manpower data to recommend improvements to HR policies and practices.
• Monitor and track manpower budgets.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
