Senior Executive, Human Resources

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Executive, Human Resources to join our HR team at Mudah Healthcare Sdn Bhd. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle management, recruitment, employee relations, HR documentation and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should be organised, proactive, people-oriented and able to work independently while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate employee records, HR databases and personnel files
• Handle employee onboarding, transfers, confirmation, probation, promotion and separation processes
• Prepare HR letters, memos, employment-related documents and other HR correspondence
• Monitor employee attendance, leave, medical leave and other HR-related records
• Ensure HR policies, procedures and practices are implemented consistently
• Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview arrangements and selection
• Liaise with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters and provide appropriate guidance
• Assist in the preparation and verification of monthly payroll information
• Ensure HR practices and documentation comply with applicable Malaysian employment laws and regulations

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates without a relevant HR-related degree/diploma may also be considered, provided they possess sound practical knowledge and hands-on experience in Info-Tech Payroll System.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant HR experience is preferred; however, candidates with strong practical payroll and HR administration experience may also be considered.
• Strong hands-on experience and proficiency in the Info-Tech Payroll System is highly preferred.
• Candidates should be familiar with using Info-Tech for payroll processing, employee records, attendance, leave management and other HR-related functions.
• Good understanding of monthly payroll processing, including salary calculation, overtime, allowances, deductions and statutory contributions.
• Knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB/MTD.
• Good knowledge of HR operations, employee administration and HR documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality when handling employee and payroll information.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple HR matters effectively.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
