Senior Executive Human Resources

• Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview arrangement.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and onboarding matters.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the recruitment team to ensure hiring requirements are met.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide hiring status updates.
• Support other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience , preferably with experience in project-based, high-volume, technical, engineering, IT, telecommunications, or data centre recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and coordination abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Able to travel for business trip on adhoc basis.
• Experience in recruiting technical positions such as Data Centre Operations, IT Infrastructure, Electrical, Mechanical/HVAC, Facilities Management, EHS, or Engineering roles will be highly preferred.
