The Roles and Responsibilities:

• Searching and identifying candidates of various levels and profiles including senior management roles
• Coordinating with the management for end to end selection recruitment
• Employee onboarding
• Leaves management
• Compensation and benefits administration;
• Statutory Compliances
• Employee relations

Skills

• You should have hired mid and senior level executives,
• You should have knowledge and hand-on experience of managing statutory compliances, compensation structure, salary preparation / calculations,
• You should have worked in small teams,
• You must Excellent written and spoken communication skills including communicating with CXO level people
• You should have worked for IT, Consumer Services, Insuretech, Fintech industries (similar to our company i.e. Infinity Assurance Solutions)
• Experience in working in a startup will be a plus

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
• Professional HR certifications are a plus
