Senior Executive, Human Resources (Recruiter)

Job Purpose

To manage the end-to-end recruitment process and employee lifecycle activities, from pre-employment and onboarding to offboarding, ensuring timely hiring and effective HR support in line with the organisation’s needs and policies.

What is your role about?

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for executive and non-executive positions, from manpower requisition and candidate sourcing to selection, offer management and onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, explore new recruitment channels, build talent pipelines and identify suitable candidates to meet current and future manpower needs.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements, advise on candidate suitability and coordinate recruitment activities to ensure timely fulfilment of vacancies.
• Screen and shortlist candidates, conduct preliminary interviews, participate in interview sessions and provide recommendations to support hiring decisions.
• Coordinate end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, from onboarding and employment administration to offboarding management.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, databases and reports, ensure proper documentation for audit purposes, and monitor compliance with applicable employment legislation and company policies.
• Coordinate the review, update and maintenance of Position Description Questionnaires (PDQs) for existing and newly created positions.
• Provide HR administrative support, support recruitment initiatives such as career fairs and walk-in interviews, and assist with other HR functions as required.

Who are we looking for?

• Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, particularly in recruitment; experience in a hospital or healthcare setting will be an added advantage.
• Strong sourcing skills and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, Hiring Managers, and stakeholders at different levels.
• Strong coordination, organisational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to maintain accurate recruitment records and employment documentation.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the HR team and other departments.
