• Responsible for Identify, track, and evaluate relevant tenders and bidding opportunities on the GeM portal and other government procurement platforms.

• Analyze tender documents to understand technical, commercial, and compliance requirements while identifying potential business opportunities.

• Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents with complete accuracy and adherence to submission guidelines and timelines.

• Coordinate with OEMs for pricing, technical specifications, deal registrations, approvals, and commercial support.

• Maintain organized records of bids, tender submissions, project documentation, and current opportunity status.

• Manage sales records, MIS reports, and customer databases with high accuracy and timely updates.

• Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, vendors, and clients for timely proposal submissions.

• Develop a strong understanding of GeM policies, bidding procedures, and government e-procurement regulations.

• Support project documentation activities with a basic understanding of BOM (Bill of Materials) preparation and validation.

• Demonstrate knowledge of IT Infrastructure solutions including servers, storage, networking, backup, and security solutions.
